Let me ask all patriots, constitutionalist, and fighters for freedom…in our own personal lives if we cannot stand up for each other or ourselves when we have been wrongfully acted upon, how are we as patriots going to stand up for each other or our country when we have been wrongfully acted upon constitutionally?
Time and time again I hear individuals say that this is not a fight about morals or God, They could not be more wrong. For far too long God has been left out of our Republic, This has been by design. Our country was founded on the principles of God and the Bible the true Bible. A nation without morals and a Godly standing will fall, remember Sodom and Gomorrah?
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.”
Patrick Henry: The Trumpet Voice of Freedom
I get the argument far too often that the founding fathers were not Godly men, that our constitution was not founded on Godly principles, this cannot be more of a lie. Though it is true Ben Franklin was agnostic, he made some of the most amazing and astounding comments about God and Godly principles. Of the 56 Signers of the Declaration of Independence 24 had seminary or Bible school degrees, that is nearly half. These were men of strong moral and spiritual convictions, who built a republic on those convictions, without those strong convictions and foundation it would fall, and it is in fact falling.
“I’ve lived, sir, a long time, and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth: That God governs in the affairs of men. If a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? We’ve been assured in the sacred writings that unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. I firmly believe this, and I also believe that without His concurring aid, we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel.”
Benjamin Franklin Washington: Langtree and O’Sullivan, 1840, Vol. II, pp. 984-986, June 28, 1787
Thomas Jefferson once asked, "Can the liberties of a nation be secure, when we have removed the conviction that these liberties are the gift of God?" Removing that conviction is exactly what has been taking place.
Groups are formed that fight for the constitution, but how can a group fight for a constitution that is founded on Godly principles, guided by the Hand of Province when these groups have no Godly center?
Many will say well “You can’t do that, it would exclude this person this person and this person.” No it wouldn’t, they are still free to join, as long as they except the fact that God is the center of the group God leads where the group goes, what the group does how the group behaves, what the group says; simply put cannot this fight will not be won without Him, so how do you expect your group to succeed, grow and be triumphant in the long and grand scheme against the pure evil (make no mistake that is what we are up against) without Him?
I truly believe that such groups, centered where they should be, around God would be powerhouses. Looking back I agree with LaVoy said when he told us in one of his videos that this could not be fixed legislatively, that it was too far gone. Do I think that he meant revolution? Maybe, eventually…but more so I think he was more along the lines of getting our hearts and houses in order. That is the only way to fix this. Patriots with their hearts and houses looking up instead of at the enemy, or what is being used as a tool of the enemy, and what they can humanly do.
"Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each individual. ... Continue steadfast and, with a proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly defend those rights which heaven gave, and no man ought to take from us.”
John Hancock 1st signer of the Declaration of Independence: History of the United States of America, Vol. II, p. 229.
I see some members of these groups say God bless America and then use His name in vain, go against basic principles of the Bible right after they quote something from it. In my opinion with all the label lynching happening we cannot afford to be labeled hypocrites, and right now it would be true.
Am I saying the founding fathers were perfect absolutely not, am I saying that we have to be perfect absolutely not, nor am I saying that they all were “christians” but we have to stand on the same principles. Understanding that the documents we our fighting for those being the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights were founded with the guiding hand of God; and I’m talking about the US Constitution and its original form. That is the founding fathers the framers of this country intended.
I believe the trials and tribulations that this Republic as a whole is going through, the fact that many find themselves fighting for their natural rights, the fact that so many became and still are complacent is because as a nation we took our eyes off of the One who gave us those birthrights, our God given rights. The ONLY things that we were born to this world with were a pure soul, a pure heart and our rights granted by The Creator that are supposed to be protected by the Constitution. A document carefully crafted to limit the government from taking these gifts of God from us.
Our founding fathers were wise as they saw what was coming by looking into the past. They knew that history would repeat itself, they had hoped it wouldn’t, but knowing human nature they gave us a safeguard; they gave us instructions, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights, paired with the Good Book from The Creator Himself this battle can be won, but only if our hearts in the right place first.
For those that have their houses and hearts in order, let me ask you this…are you aligned with a group that has God at the center? That isn’t afraid to say this is a spiritual battle first a political battle second? If you are answering no. Re-think where you are. If there is not such group, create one or just find like minded patriots. Believe me it will not be hard, God is gathering his soldiers, they are coming from all over this great country and finding each other.
"The Bible ... is a book worth more than all the other books that were ever printed.”
Patrick Henry: Sketches of the Life and Character of Patrick Henry, p. 402
Why are you fighting? For yourself, your children, your country? All good reasons. Or has the deceiver snuck in making you think you are doing it for those reasons and in fact it has become about ego, notoriety, power, the rush of the argument, the battle? This is something when you are in the right mind and heart you do because it is a battle you were called to, it is a call you cannot ignore. I am not talking about waking up and not being able to ignore what you now know, I am talking about God speaking to your spirit telling you that it is time for you to put on HIS battle rattle. As time progresses I am finding more and more patriots coming to the realization that this is a different kind of warfare, it is truly a spiritual battle, and one that must be approached with a heart geared to just that or it is a battle doomed to failure.
This isn’t just a battle for just our rights, or a matter or right or wrong it is a battle of good and evil, a war over the soul of our country and for the soul of each and every man woman and child. Argue with me as you will, that is your God given right protected by the First Amendment (for now), but we were formed “One Nation under God indivisible…” and until we get back to being under God, we will remain divided, as a nation, as a people, and as patriots.
“While we are zealously performing the duties of good citizens and soldiers, we certainly ought not to be inattentive to the higher duties of religion. To the distinguished character of Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian.”
George Washington **Washington, Writings (1932), Vol. XI, pp. 342-343, General Orders of May 2, 1778**
As Always, God bless.
