I have a suggestion for all the Militias, Three Percent Groups, Liberty loving people and anyone that is fond of their God given natural rights and that live in a state that currently protects those rights. ACT NOW!
Here in Washington State we are having to do things after the fact.
In a letter from John Adams to Abigail Adams dated July 7th 1775, he wrote, “But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.”
I fear this is proving to be true in many state across this once great Republic.
Our founding fathers were very wise, they did not have a crystal ball with which to look into the future…but as the old saying goes hind sight is 20/20, and history tends to repeat itself and humans are very predictable creatures. I am not sure they knew how complacent we would become though, and they darn well knew what would happen with a government that wielded too much power.
My advice to the states that retain most of their rights…lets take the 2nd Amendment for example as I consider this and our freedom of speech to be our most important rights. After all there is a reason the founding fathers made them number one and two on the list of rights to protect.
Federal Law allows for Class 3 Weapons ownership, although some states have incorporated stricter laws to further restrict Class 3 firearms (Title II firearms) ownership. A list of the states and their specific Class 3 law requirements are noted below; these requirements are for non-dealers. This information does change over time. Find a local Class 3 Dealer.
Here are some helpful links:
Now as you know the goal of the Deep State has been to totally disarm the American people for some time now, so this list is changing all the time. Please visit this list to see the restrictions in the states and visit your states website to look up any pending or new legislation.
I am going to use Idaho as an example as it is Washington State’s neighbor. As of now Idaho is a constitutional carry state, with very few restrictions on their gun ownership rights that are protected by the second amendment. There are quite a few other states that are like Idaho as well.
Here is my advice. Be pro-active. Instead of waiting for the laws that infringe on your rights to be passed, because they are already trying, educate your sheriff’s now, because some of the sheriff’s that I have spoken to…especially the younger ones, don’t even know the constitutional power that they have. After they have been educated and informed get them to agree officially on the record to not enforce any laws that come across their counties that are unconstitutional. Start getting counties to sign on to be Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties NOW. This shows law makers that even trying to pass laws that infringe on the people’s natural right to bear arms is going to be a waste of time, effort and money.
Start working with your State Representatives and now, to ensure your rights are secure. Find out exactly where your Governor stands, is it with special interest groups or with the constitution? Don’t take their word for it, look deep. This can be done, it takes some time and effort but isn’t it worth it to keep what you already have? Please don’t sit back and think “Our laws are good we are o.k.” because no one is safe from what the Deep State is trying to do. NO ONE.
Right now is a great time to get started, people are questioning everything the left has had to say, everything the main stream media has had to say…including about firearms. Take that and use it to get some safeguards in place.
I don’t know all the ins and outs in each state, that will be up to you, I don’t even know all the ins and outs of Idaho’s laws, I was just using what I do know as an example. It will take some research on your part to make these things happen, to know how to tailor these things to your specific state.
We should not have to protect what is there to protect us. Our United States Constitution and Our Individual State Constitutions but it seems that we do, it is better to do it before rights are lost than try to regain them, which is almost impossible to do.
California just had a great win and I applaud Judge Roger T. Benitez for a job well done. He upheld his oath to the constitution and protected it and the natural God given rights of the people of California to have no limits on the rounds that their magazines can carry. It will most likely go to the Court of Appeals, but this was a win none the less. We need more judges like him. We constantly protest and petition judges and lawmakers when they go against the constitution and don’t uphold their oath, but seldom do we go out of our way to thank them when they do.
I know, you are saying we shouldn’t have to, it is their job, but in this day and age, for a judge to do what Roger Benitez did is actually and act of courage. I am asking all of you who are in this fight to send a little bit of love his way by a quick thank you note or quick voicemail to let him know that he is supported. I guarantee you that he is getting plenty of hate, over his ruling. Now I know that we patriots can flood phone lines and fill boxes with letters when we believe something is important, I think standing behind people that make the right decisions when they could have pulled a Judge Navarro of the Bundy trials in Nevada is important.
How did we get here? How did we get to where we gave MAN the power to take what God gave us away?
Where did we, as a people, lose our intestinal fortitude to say no? To use that power given to change our government?
It truly saddens me to think that all the generations before us had become in fact that frog in the pot of water with the heat being slowly turned up…until he didn’t know he was being cooked…well my friends, we aren’t cooked yet…if I have my way, it isn’t going to happen.
